The State Reports (NSW) are the authorised law reports of the Supreme Court of NSW for the period 1901-70. The series comprises 72 hardcopy volumes.

The State Reports (NSW) were edited and published by Thomson Reuters (as Lawbook Co) until the establishment of the Council of Law Reporting in NSW. The Council assumed editorial oversight of the series from Volume 64. Thomson Reuters Lawbook Co published volumes 64 to 72 under licence from the Council.

The State Reports (NSW) is the authorised series that precedes the current authorised New South Wales Law Reports, which commenced in 1970. The series, available online on Westlaw AU, is edited and published by the Council of Law Reporting in NSW.

Each online full-text law report in State Reports (NSW) is accompanied by a PDF facsimile of the report, as published in the hardcopy bound volume. There are more than 5000 cases in the series.
