Thomson Reuters are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, with the wellbeing of our customers, speakers and staff at the forefront of our mind.

Our event programme has been postponed to October at this time, and is under regular review.

We are planning to launch a series of webinars over the coming months.

When we are able to return to running face-to-face events, you may notice a number of changes: 

  • Digital livestreaming will be offered as a standard booking option for the forseeable future
  • We will work with our venues to ensure increased cleaning and disinfecting of all high-volume touchpoints ahead of and during the event, such as catering areas, handrails, bathrooms, entrances and exits. Additionally, hand sanitiser will be made readily available at the conference.
  • Seating layouts may change to maximise physical distancing
  • Contact tracing mechanisms will be employed
  • All exhibitors will be provided with advice on cleaning measures
  • A microphone disinfecting protocol will be in place for speakers
