Description

Land Titles Office Practice NSW is a unique reference to the practice of the New South Wales Registrar-General in administering the Real Property Act, the Conveyancing Act, the Strata Schemes legislation and the Community Titles legislation.
The service provides practitioners with legislation relevant to dealings with real property in New South Wales along with commentary and case notes. The format of this service is designed to save practitioners time by bringing together various useful references in the same publication and by providing links to PDF versions of key forms.
The service also includes the "Registrar-General’s Dealing Forms". The Registrar-General requires these forms to be lodged in order to achieve registration of the transaction or application contained in the form. Sample dealing forms are included in the service for practitioner reference.
Greg Stilianou, Principal Lawyer, Greg Stilianou Legal and Lecturer at The College of Law is the current contributor to the service. Greg Stilianou previously was a Senior Lawyer for the Registrar-General at LPI for over 10 years and continued as a Senior Lawyer until 2019 at NSW Land Registry Services.
It was formerly written by Frank Ticehurst, who has over 30 years experience working for the Land Titles Office.
