Australian and international issues in banking and finance law and practice

The Journal of Banking and Finance Law and Practice provides a forum for debate on Australian and international issues relating to banking and finance law. Expert analysis is combined with broad coverage of both general and technical matters of interest, providing a publication of long-term value for specialist banking and finance law practitioners and academics.

Each issue features 2-3 articles addressing cutting edge issues in this area of law, together with Section Notes covering a wide variety of issues relating to banking law and practice, taxation, stamp duty, securities, mortgages, commercial and finance law, insolvency law and management, capital and foreign exchange markets.

The international contributors cover recent developments in Canada, Europe, Hong Kong and China, New Zealand, South East Asia, Tokyo, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Online, the Journal features the full backset to Volume 1, 1990, with links to judgments, legislation and other online publications, while allowing for individual articles to be downloaded in PDF format or received via RSS feed.

There are approximately four Parts published each year.
