Description

This service covers the current legislation relating to the food industry in NSW, annotated with commentary on food standards, hygiene issues, labelling and packaging food products.

Two separate mini-binders contain the Food Standards Code, a handy desktop reference, and the related legislation binder is used for archiving Acts, Regulations and Current Issues. The latter, alerts subscribers to developments in Australia and relevant, related overseas issues. A Case Digest section keeps subscribers abreast of decisions from the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court. The Reference Materials section provides, for example, the ACCC Guide, ”Food and Beverage Industry: food descriptors guideline to the Trade Practices Act 1974”.
